Most people know what I do. Few know why I do it.
 

My Mission for 2026–2028 is to mentor coffee professionals into confident trainers,
leaders who lead with empathy, teach with precision, and carry their excellence with intention.
 

I’m a Coffee Educator, Consultant, and Coach. Some know me as a Trainer for Trainers.
Some know me from coffee championships as a Judge.
 

But my work has never been about titles.
 

I entered the coffee world in 2003 curious, uncertain, and eager to learn.
Over the years across roles as a barista, roaster, trainer, business owner, competitor,
judge, and mentor, I discovered this:
 

Coffee is never just about flavour.
It reveals how we learn, how we lead, and how we grow.
 

Today, my purpose is clear. I help coffee professionals unlock their potential not only in skill,

but in confidence, clarity, and identity. I work with those who want to move beyond

“being good at coffee” into becoming trusted trainers, leaders, and mentors.
 

Because technical mastery alone doesn’t create transformation.
Self-belief, presence, and someone willing to stand beside them do.

This mission comes to life through:
• world-class coffee education grounded in global standards
• intentional leadership development and
• structured mentorship using my R4 Ascension Path.
 

I’ve seen too much talent fade due to lack of guidance. Too many capable people

doubt themselves because no one stood beside them long enough.
 

My work exists to change that.

Coffee is the craft. Teaching is the art. Mentorship is the legacy.
 

This is the legacy I have chosen to build, not alone but as a community that carries it forward.
A community where excellence is shared, leadership is nurtured, and mentorship becomes

a responsibility passed from one generation of coffee professionals to the next.
